New Korea for A New World
Now we are in the 21st century, the age when transformation is needed; and we are at the dream society, the New Korean, and a New World. Transformation is historical requirement in our age. When we survey the Korean Church history, this year is the centennial memorial of the Great Pyoung Yang Revivals. So we (Korean Christians) and Church are praying and expecting the second or the third revival movement in national wide scale. Otherwise, we confront spiritual crisis because the stagnation of church growth and inactivity of church influence to the society.
Furthermore, the secularization is spread rapidly in our spiritual field, especially the young generation enjoying easy going and pleasure life. They are very serious, so that we have to arise and burned with fire for the New Awakening and spiritual movements. We have to create Transform Movement beyond the revivals. Jesus' cross, the power of Gospel and the Holy Spirit working in us are dynamic power essentials for the renewing our family, churches, society and cultures in every field.
What is A Transformed Nation?
Part I
There are various ways to answer that question, depending on which lens you are using. As we approach this topic we do well to adopt the watchword "transformed and always transforming" to remind us that transformation is a process and not realized in fullness until Jesus comes. God's agenda is to restore every nation to Himself through Christ (Eph. 1:10 and Col. 1:20).
